The staffs are very kind and helpful. Even though some of them cannot communicate well in English. We told them we had early evening flight and asking for shower facility to clean up and change our dress after a long hot summer day out before catching the flight. They just gave us a late check-out up to 4:30pm for free of charge.

We stayed in junior suite and it was so so spacious! All rooms are big, from the living room, bathroom & bedroom. The location is nice since it's near Al Hamra Corniche, one of the best spot to see the King Fahd Fountain. Nice bed with lot of pillows. Strong AC which is nice given the hot weather outside. Breakfast is nice.

We just checked out from Prime Al Hamra Hotel in Jeddah, and we are very impressed! From the moment we arrived until the end of our stay, we were warmly welcomed and well taken care of. The hotel absolutely deserves a top rating. A special thank you to the receptionist Nehal – she was incredibly helpful, professional, and kind throughout our stay. She truly went above and beyond and deserves extra praise! Highly recommended!

Hotel location and room size and employee service were excellent.. especially all the reception staff were helpful ..they sent Arabic coffee to the room which was excellent...

Nice room,foods is beyond my expectation,it buffet you can eat what you want specially me am on low carb diet,I like the way they cooked,ts so yummy😋the staffs are nice and helpful.and you can check out until 2pm,overall rating is very good.

Room was BIG, Breakfast was very nice and freash and the chef seems to be proffessional, bed was kind of comfy, clean bathroom, the stay included so many stuff (breakfast, GYM, kids area, swimming pool) for the price of a normal stay. Staff were nice and helpful, chefs in the dining area were good also.

Location is excellent. Walking distance to the corniche. Very spacious room. Restaurant manager Yusuf was exceptional. Always smile on his face, very professional and friendly He accomadated every extra need.

Everything it is perfect hotel, will keep booking in it every time i come to jeddah. For breakfast, they have a live cooking chef, she will do omelet for you, it was one of the best omelets i have ever had in my life, really i salute you Miss for your cooks 👍
